Garden Terrace features a Classical French cuisine, with local Colorado alpine influence, prepared from wholesome natural ingredients professionally executed from scratch.  “From farm to you” is our goal. We work closely with local purveyors and farmers to insure high-quality organic and sustainable product delivered to us fresh daily.

Classical techniques and preparations form our foundation while new trends help shape our menu’s balance of flavor, presentation, temperature and textures. Preparing fresh wholesome dishes from scratch is our business and we look forward experiencing this with you. And, we’ve been known to surprise guests with a variety of custom creations steeped in the history of the classic Aspen dining establishment.

The restaurant wine cellar features a diverse and sophisticated selection. The expansive list, a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence winner, is well balanced, with a pricing structure designed to encourage exploration and experimentation, particularly amongst our more distinguished selections.
