We work closely with local purveyors and farmers to insure high-quality organic and sustainable product delivered to us fresh daily.
Classical techniques and preparations form our foundation while new trends help shape our menu’s balance of flavor, presentation, temperature and textures. Preparing fresh wholesome dishes from scratch is our business and we look forward experiencing this with you. And, we’ve been known to surprise guests with a variety of custom creations steeped in the history of the classic Aspen dining establishment.
Open daily and serving breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. and dinner from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
