Bud Light Big Air Fridays (February 12- April 2, 2010)
The always entertaining Friday afternoon show is entering its eighth year at Snowmass. Big Air Fridays attracts competitors from near and far (including the occasional vacationer) to show off what they've been practicing all week. The 40ft jump is showcasing the freshest tricks around! This event attracts hundreds of viewers who enjoy the high flying entertainment and plentiful crowd giveaways! Following the competition, you can enjoy live music in Snowmass Base Village while sipping on your après drink of choice to bring in the weekend!

Chris Bove Memorial UpHill Challenge (March 6, 2010)
Set for Saturday, March 6, 2010, the annual Chris Bove Memorial Uphill Challenge (a/k/a "the Buttermilk Uphill") will cap a week of Challenge Aspen activities at Buttermilk Mountain as part of Disability Awareness Week. Racers and walkers of all ages are invited to participate in this annual, family friendly uphill race and walk-up-a-thon to benefit Challenge Aspen's local scholarship program and the Children's Hospital Immunodeficiency Program of Denver.

America's Uphill (March 13, 2010)
Aspen's spring ritual--a 3000 foot climb up Aspen Mountain using snowshoes, track skis, telemark skis or alpine touring gear. Racers will begin their journey up Aspen Mountain in pursuit of the win.The course starts at the Base of Little Nell and ascends 7,945 feet to finish at the Sundeck Restaurant at an elevation of 11,212 feet. Inspection of the race course prior torace day is recommended. Information concerning the racecourse or the timing of your inspection may be obtained from the Aspen Mountain Ski Patrol on the Aspen Mountain Ski Area.

Bud Light Spring Jam (March 19-21, 2010)
The tenth annual Bud Light Spring Jam, the premier spring festival in the Rocky Mountains, will bring two weekends of competitions, downtown concerts and parties. The festival kicks off on March 20 with the Core Party concert in downtown Aspen and contin with the 10th annual KickAspen Big Air, where skiers and snowboarders compete under the lights at the base of Aspen Mountain. A terrain park Boot Camp, March 21, 22, 28 and 29; also offers both adults and kids instruction on how to slide a box or hit a rail in a mini-park on Snowmass. There will be two Bud Light Hi-Fi concerts throughout the event and last year's new events Schnee Tag and Helly Hansen Battle in the Bowls will once again join the Spring Jam line up.

Fallen Friends Memorial Event (March 20, 2010)
Held in Aspen Highlands this one-day event will gather teams of 2-6 to compete in an obstacle type course of jumps, bumps and park features. All the proceeds from the eventwill benefit the AVSC scholarship fund in honor of our "fallen friends" over the past few years. Registration will be on-line at www.aspensnowmass.com/springjam

Terrain Park Boot Camp (March 20-21, 2010)
The Terrain Park Book Camp is an entry level terrain park that will be set up on Fanny Hill. Aspen Valley Ski & Snowboard Club coaches and athletes will teach beginners (13 and up) how to safely slide a rail, hit a box and throw a trick. From children to parents, this is open to anyone interested in learning the ropes of the terrain park.

Disembodied presents a fragmented, hallucinatory collision of notions about corporeality, aging, and experience within and without the body. Featuring work by Louise Bourgeois, Marlene Dumas, Robert Gober, David Hammons, and Bruce Nauman.

Red Bull Schneetag (March 27, 2010)
If you were there last year, you know that it is an event not to miss! This is the third annual Schnetag event (pronounced Sh-knee Tog) invites teams of four to create a craft that they will pilot down Fanny Hill in Snowmass and attempt to float across a second and third place teams with amazing prizes, from a trip to a NASCAR race to paragliding flights with the Red Bull Airforce.
