With over 7,500 square feet of meeting space, the Hotel Jerome’s conference facilities rival those of the world’s best hotels.

Facilities

Conference facilities include a 3,450-square-foot Grand Ballroom with a capacity of up to 400. The Grand Ballroom is the only above-ground ballroom in Aspen. Four additional meeting rooms accommodate smaller groups of 10 to 80. In addition, our outdoor meeting function space with stunning views of Aspen Mountain can host events of up to 350 people.Our full service Catering and Conference Services Department can coordinate all the details of your meeting or conference.

Business Support

The Hotel Jerome provides all the modern amenities required for a successful meeting, including high-speed Internet access and secretarial services. Additionally, the hotel can provide a comprehensive range of related office equipment and services including photocopying, fax transmission, cordless phones, personal computers, printers and A/V equipment.

Green Meetings

Meeting planners have the opportunity to arrange events that will incorporate sustainable practices in every facet of their group’s experience.   From the initial planning stages to final meeting session, RockResorts meetings and conventions staff assist meeting planners every step of the way. At the resort, RockResorts will offer sustainable food and beverage options, environmentally friendly and sustainable décor, recycling, and resources for carbon-offset programs to minimize travel impacts for groups of any size.
