Resort Fee

Please Note: You will be charged a separate, daily $30 Resort Fee per room not included in room rate. This fee is taxable. The Resort Fee includes:

• Valet parking
• Internet access
• Business center use
• In town transportation
• Other services & amenities to enhance your stay

Tax Information

There is a 10.0% lodging, state, and local tax applicable to every room charge.

Deposit Policies

Ski Season Policy 
A deposit of 50% of the entire reservation value plus tax will be taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance plus tax will be charged to the credit card on file 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Spring, Summer and Fall Season Policy 
One night's room and tax will be charged at the time of booking. The remainder will be chaged 10 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to your arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the entire stay during the winter season. At all other times, cancellations less than 10 days prior to your arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the entire stay. Outside of these 30 and 10 days, respecitvely; the cancellations are fully refundable.

Credit Card Policy
Hotel Jerome accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, Japan Credit Bureau, EuroCard and Carte Blanche.

Check In and Check Out Times
Check-in begins at 4 p.m., and checkout must be completed by 11 a.m. Late checkout will be subject to availability. (Please check with the front desk on the morning of your departure.)

Children Policy
We welcome children of all ages to the Hotel Jerome. Fees apply for extra bedding in guest rooms. Speak to our concierge about our kid’s closet of games and activities.

Pet Policy
Hotel Jerome has a wonderful pet program and welcomes dogs of all sizes. Please notify the reservations sales agent at the time of booking. Keeping dogs incurs a one-time $75 cleaning fee.

Smoking Policy
Hotel Jerome is a non-smoking hotel.

Travel Agent Commissions
Hotel Jerome pays 10% commission to travel agents.  Bookings must be made via direct call to the property or through the GDS system. Commission is subject to restrictions on special promotions.  Bookings made through the Hotel Jerome website are not commissionable.
