Named after the plot of land on which the hotel was built, at Jacob’s our diverse Colorado cuisine with alpine influence is prepared from wholesome natural ingredients professionally executed from scratch. From the farm to you is our goal by working closely with local purveyors and farmers to insure high quality organic and sustainable product delivered fresh daily.
Our cuisine is “Contemporary American”. Classical techniques and preparations form our foundation while new trends help shape our menu’s balance of flavor, presentation, temperature and textures. Our philosophy continues to grow as we educate ourselves on a daily basis in our field and enjoy everything we do.
Preparing fresh wholesome dishes from scratch is our business and we look forward experiencing this with you.
