Fitness Center

The pulse of The Aspen Club & Spa is undoubtedly the Health & Fitness Center, which features state-of-the-art cardio equipment, free weights, fitness classes, a mind/body studio and Pilates studio. It also offers an indoor lap pool, five tennis courts, racquetball and squash courts, a full indoor court for basketball and volleyball, indoor and outdoor whirlpools, steam rooms and saunas.

Group Fitness Group classes offer cardiovascular training and fitness conditioning for all ages and fitness levels. Classes include Ski Conditioning, Guts-n-Butts, Sculpt-n-Stretch, Spinning, BodyPump® and more.

Personal Training The personal trainers at The Aspen Club are experienced and certified professionals who design programs for each individual’s needs—from weight loss and post-rehab to strength programs and sport-specific training.

Pilates Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It  strengthens the core, lengthens major muscle groups, improves flexibility and increases stability by challenging the muscles that support and surround the spine. Pilates mat and equipment classes (including reformer, Cadillac and chair) are available in the Pilates studio.

Tennis The Aspen Club offers private lessons from a tennis pro, as well as group clinics for all ages and abilities. To book, call Susie Pizzuti, the spa's head tennis pro, at 970-925-8900 x234.

Yoga A variety of yoga classes are available for beginners through advanced practitioners. One-on-one yoga sessions, yoga workshops and meditations are also available upon request.

Welness Coaching The spa's certified, licensed Wellness Coaches help clients improve their physical, mental and emotional well being by creating and maintaining healthy habits related to fitness, nutrition, strength, health and personal commitment.
